The structure of the pavilion was built in early June of 2024 by local craftspeople.
This beautiful three-seasons pavilion has electrical outlets, and Wi-Fi access, making it a perfect place to read, work, or meet!

A delightful Traditional High Tea was held in 2024 as part of our Holidays in Hiram partnership with Tear Cap Workshops and other local groups.
SML's first Story Walk was installed in the spring of 2025, just in time for Earth Day! Visitors enjoyed reading The Tiny Seed by Eric Carle while doing yoga poses along the way. The Story Walk was later reinstalled at Ingalls Pond for the summer.
